Simply put, Tim and my tech Nick are the “ teachers and the trainers” of the teachers!! This company has outstanding ethics and some of the Highest levels of both knowledge and expertise. I had a tiny project which they were able to complete today. If I had been doing a complex or very large project costing hundreds of thousands of dollars , they would be my first go to. "Ryan did a great job! He was very professional and did an amazing job. I have a wood panel wall and was worried about damage to the wall, Ryan talked me through his process and put my worries to rest. He even went so far as to patiently wait for me while on a work call before hanging the mount just to make sure it was positioned correctly! That's customer service! The mounting turned out great! "Justin and his crew have been amazing to work with every step of the way. 0ur roof was damaged in a storm last summer and we put it off until this year to have it looked at. Justin was extremely responsive and timely in coming to look at it, met with the insurance agent on extremely short notice, and was highly knowledgeable in helping us to understand the insurance process. He and his project manager, Darrin, were always available to answer questions and help us with samples and decisions. While they helped us understand every step, we never felt pushed or talked down to. The communication both ways was always very quick and polite. "It's true: working with Hal is not like working with other contractors. With Hal, you are developing a relationship, not fulfilling the terms of a contract. For some that might be more than they want out of a contractor. For me, it was exactly what I needed. Example: I was talking with Hal about another matter when we both happened to notice some rotting boards on our deck. I thought it was unsightly, but nothing serious. Hal persuaded me that, without immediate attention, the rot would spread to the joists underneath, and what was a small problem now would be a big problem later. He replaced the deck boards on time and for the price he quoted. I can now rest assured I won't be plunging through the deck this summer. Cady Handyman scheduled one of his service tech to come out the follow morning.
The tech arrived promptly at the scheduled time with a friendly ready to fix our problem attitude.
We have raised nails and screws on our deck that always seem to reappear during winter months.
These raised nails and screws made snow removal just horrible.The Cady tech recommened that we remove many of the bad loose fastners and replaced with a new non-corosive styles of screws.
After a complete walk through of our project we were extremely satified.

"Our roof had storm and hail damage. Called our insurance agent and then called four contractors for an estimate, all from Angie's List. One of the four said he would not give me an estimate unless we signed up with him. (He did not get hired) Called all four within 1 hour I received a call back from Brad from Ken's Roofing. The last two called back within a day. All three gave an estimate but were very slow except Ken's Roofing (Brad). Made arrangement for an estimate, received the estimate the next day and stated if he was chosen he could also meet with the adjuster from our insurance company. He was very helpful with the adjuster and saw things the adjuster did not. That is why we choose Ken's Roofing. Great crew, Beautiful work, Supper clean up. Brad was very GOOD."
