"He was professional, explained exactly what he was doing and asked me questions. He did a great job! All of their technicians have been very professional, courteous and easy to talk with. One of the most professional home service pest control companies we have ever worked with. Highly recommended."
"We found evidence of termite infestation. They responded quickly and inspected property the following day. Price was reasonable and employee was knowledgeable. He explained scope of work and options thoroughly. We added pest control as additional price was very reasonable. Work was performed the following day and we are satisfied with service."
"From sales, termite application, and pest control Price Termite & Pest Control where professional and friendly. I was able to watch the treatments and they were exactly what was explained to me in my first meeting - no deviation or shortcuts. I highly recommend this company"
"The company that responded again was Kase Mechanical. The technician was on time, did a thorough investigation as to why replacing the fan motor did not fix the problem. After about 45 minutes, determined the problem to be the control panel on the actual air conditioning unit outside. He received permission to bypass the control panel so we would still have air and said he would have to order the part from the manufacturer, Carrier. He said it might be about a week and since we have cool air as he bypassed it, that Kase would not be in any rush to return to make the change out, so if I had not heard from them in a week, begin calling. This was on a Tuesday. I was contacted by Kase Mechanical on Friday, July 5 and they scheduled an appointment with me for Monday, July 8, 2013 to replace the part between 8am and 12pm. It is now 1:17pm and they still have not arrived. I called them at noon and was told the repair tech was on another job that was more involved and would call when he was finished and on his way. So far, no call yet, so I have been tethered to my home until I hear something."

Skunks like to forage for grubs in the soil, like worms and insects, but they are also tempted by trash and pet food bowls, so keeping these items out of sight may help keep skunks away. Skunks also like to set up a den in dark places, such as a crawl space or outbuilding.
No, wasps only attack when they feel threatened. A sting may seem unprovoked to us, but we likely got too close to a nest. Threatened wasps do, however, send out a strong pheromone that instantly attracts any other wasps in the area.
This depends on if their needs are being met. They'll likely return night after night if they have access to food, water, and adequate shelter. If this changes, they’ll look for another roosting spot. This is why bright lights and other dissuading factors often work when removing bats from a property.
Termites are very hard to remove, especially if you don’t work with a professional pest control service or keep up with routine treatments. Queen termites can lay up to thousands of eggs per day, meaning these pests can spread quickly. You may need to combine DIY treatments and professional extermination services to get rid of a termite infestation.
Carpenter bees do not make honey like honey bees, but they are still essential pollinators. In fact, they have a unique talent called "buzz pollination," in which they use the vibration from their wings to help release pollen from the flowers' anthers. Honey bees are also vital pollinators but do not use this process because they are too small and lack the strength required to buzz pollinate.
