Simply put, Tim and my tech Nick are the “ teachers and the trainers” of the teachers!! This company has outstanding ethics and some of the Highest levels of both knowledge and expertise. I had a tiny project which they were able to complete today. If I had been doing a complex or very large project costing hundreds of thousands of dollars , they would be my first go to. I have a wood panel wall and was worried about damage to the wall, Ryan talked me through his process and put my worries to rest. He even went so far as to patiently wait for me while on a work call before hanging the mount just to make sure it was positioned correctly! That's customer service! The mounting turned out great! "Allen was responsive right away via email and text message. He was on-time and/or early for estimate and on the work day. Bathroom and floor look incredible. He installed a product called enduroshield (sp?). It works as promised. Water beads right off of tile and grout, it's amazing to watch. Allen also gave good advice on how to preserve the existing tile. Would definitely hire him again."
