Well, having worked in and around the low voltage industry since the mid 1970s I seldom speak out companies ( manufacturers, installers, engineers and all types of retailers, distributors etc. So I hope that people hear what I am saying……. Simply put, Tim and my tech Nick are the “ teachers and the trainers” of the teachers!! This company has outstanding ethics and some of the Highest levels of both knowledge and expertise. I had a tiny project which they were able to complete today. If I had been doing a complex or very large project costing hundreds of thousands of dollars , they would be my first go to. He installed a product called enduroshield (sp?). It works as promised. Water beads right off of tile and grout, it's amazing to watch.
