I have a wood panel wall and was worried about damage to the wall, Ryan talked me through his process and put my worries to rest. He even went so far as to patiently wait for me while on a work call before hanging the mount just to make sure it was positioned correctly! That's customer service! The mounting turned out great! "Justin and his crew have been amazing to work with every step of the way. 0ur roof was damaged in a storm last summer and we put it off until this year to have it looked at.
