"My wife and I contacted Radon Removal, Inc. to install a new radon mitigation system in our house. I cannot say enough good things about this company or the service they provided. Randy took the time to answer all of my questions over the phone to make me fully understand the process and granular details before we committed to the install. Then, once we agreed to go with their service, Josh and Mike installed the system. They were both professional and courteous, kept the worksite clean and were very hard workers. The job took a total of 4 hours to complete, but left with clear instructions as to everything the did, how the system works and what to do if any warranty issues were to arise in the future, however unlikely. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with how precise and exacting their work was, both in routing the plumbing of the system, and how unobtrusive they made the system appear in our house. "I discovered the leak in the water heater in the late afternoon. They were at my house before 8 the next morning. Work was done by 10:30AM. Neat and clean. Todd was very professional and courteous. I threw in a bit of a curve when I asked to add a leak pan but he was able to accommodate me. The overall cost was a bit more than expected but you're over a barrel when your water heater is leaking. And because of a bad cold water supply valve, I had no water in the house, so I was really pinched. I wished I had asked about energy efficiency options when scheduling the work."

They showed up exactly on time.  They had a challenging task of replacing a faucet assembly that was rusted in place, with a faucet that I had purchased.  They were in an out in less than .5 hours.  They were extremely professional and considerate as I was working on the floor directly below them.  A piece that was installed cam loose a few days later, and they were there in a few hours to make sure it was repaired.  It has been three months and all is great.  It was a tough job - as they had to bust out the old faucet, but they stuck to their original Angie's List advertised price.

"Not good. The water leaks had caused black mold that had to be repaired. When repairs were completed 3 months later, the valves still leaked from the stem when turned on. It was past 60 days so I had to pay another $100 service fee to have the water leaks fixed. He tightened the packing and quoted $350 to replace the valves. Sheesh."
