"Currently, we are only in the planning stage, with actual work planned to begin once spring arrives. The bidding process went well, with all planning of all phases throughly covered in our negotiations. In all fairness to the other companies whom we approached, they all had solid reputations and vast experience in their field; but Bear Roofing was able to bid at a noticeably lower price. Bear’s lower price doesn’t reflect a use of cheaper materials or other cost cutting measures which should affect the quality of their work, but Bear Roofing had a lower apparent overhead and this was reflected in their bid to us.
