"I had an old water heater (was in the house when I moved in about 20 years ago) and it started to leak. After shutting off the water to the water heater, I did a little Angie's List research to find a company to do the replacement. I called a couple and decided to use Randy Lane, based on cost and my interaction with them, which I felt was cordial and helpful, and made an appointment.
The service person arrived on time on the day of the appointment and went to work. He disconnected the old heater and hauled it out. The new heater was brought in and he did the needed plumbing work to connect the water and also made the natural gas connections. He fired up the unit and briefed me on the new unit - how to turn-off the water and gas, if needed, temperature, etc.
The area was left in the same condition as when he arrived.

Randy took the time to answer all of my questions over the phone to make me fully understand the process and granular details before we committed to the install. Then, once we agreed to go with their service, Josh and Mike installed the system. They were both professional and courteous, kept the worksite clean and were very hard workers. The job took a total of 4 hours to complete, but left with clear instructions as to everything the did, how the system works and what to do if any warranty issues were to arise in the future, however unlikely. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with how precise and exacting their work was, both in routing the plumbing of the system, and how unobtrusive they made the system appear in our house. We are still awaiting the results of our followup radon test, but can easily recommend the guys at Radon Removal, Inc. for a truly outstanding job, start to finish. Bravo!"
