"They sent someone out to come fix it. I go online when I have an issue, instead of calling. It is very easy. You go online and tell them what is broken. The respond with who will be coming out within 24 hours. They have different plans for different amounts of money. I have my house and pool covered. I pay a $75 copay a month. I have had them for several years, and have never had an issue."

"I found Mike and his crews at DRMP Complete Exteriors to be the hardest working and most ethical business to work with in the installation of our in ground swimming pool and concrete patio. I compared DRMP with Valley Pools & Spas and Kalifornia Pools and DRMP beat them all on price, quality of equipment, service and follow through. They arrived on time, cleaned the work space daily, were polite and worked with us to create a beautiful pool and entertainment area. Mike is the most ethical and fair minded business man that I have ever worked with during the last 25 years of home ownership. I have gone through the process of buying multiple homes and having one built, and nobody compares to Mike's integrity and commitment to the customer! From the construction of the pool through the concrete pouring, stamping and staining of our patio and entertainment area, he and his team exceeded our expectations!"

Pool Construction and Installation questions, answered by experts

If you or your mortgage lender think your land survey needs to be more accurate, double-check the survey report and get at least a second opinion from the original surveyor and an inspector, if possible. Although it’s unlikely, even reputable surveying companies can make mistakes. An inaccurate survey can cause problems down the road in the case of any property line disputes, so it’s best to resolve any inaccuracies as quickly as possible.

The small lines on the tape measure either indicate inches, fractions of an inch, or centimeters and millimeters. On the imperial unit side (aka the inches side), the longest lines indicate inches, followed by the next shortest lines that indicate a half-inch, and then the quarter, eighth, and sixteenth-inch. On the metric side, the lines break down meters, centimeters, and millimeters.

New constructions, renovations, and interior layouts benefit from expert drafting.

Framing is often the most expensive phase of building a house because it’s time-consuming and requires a lot of materials. It costs between $20,000 and $50,000 on average, depending on materials and labor costs. Before construction begins, it’s possible that purchasing land is the priciest step in the process. Some plots of land sell for $3,000, while others cost upwards of $150,000.

Yes, new home construction will always require building permits, no matter where you live. In most cases, you’ll need a general construction permit, along with plumbing and electrical permits for the utility lines in your home. Depending on where you live, you’ll likely find that you also need permits for things like connection to a sewage system or installing exterior components, like decks, driveways, patios, and curb cutouts. Leave navigating the permits required for new home construction to a professional to ensure your home is built legally and safely.
