"Tony and Myles from Yares Renovation Services came through in a horror like situation - the awful water bubble bulging in the wall. They provided expert advice through each step of the fix, was prompt and kind in their responses, and really was looking for the best possible outcome for me. They patched the roof twice upon insurance's requirements, and finally was able to come and replace the roof, which had apparently been patched up to less than code in the past from a previous owner. We now no longer have a leak and will have a much better house. No more worries about the roof over our head thanks to Yares!"

"Owner Debrah contacted me for the request I made. She gave me a quote. They never did mold testing and told me it could be done in 4 hrs. She said she will send someone to inspect but arrived late. The person did not know what he was here for. Informed a building inspector advised me that I may have mold. He checked my attic for less than 2 min and said he can do it in 4 hrs. Debrah never sent me a paperwork about the work in my home. The guy worked in my house until 11:30 , left for about 30 minutes, came back at 1 in the morning and worked until 4:30 am. Then a guy that he worked with who did mold testing came out here after 3 days. Did the mold testing and sent it to a place in florida that takes the sample and does the test. She told me I needed to pay that immediately and asked me to call her with my card number without having an invoice sent to me. On tuesday , the 19th she texted me an invoice. That's where I contacted her again and told her that I didn't think her estimate was fair. We agreed to adjust the cost because the service was not done correctly. Finally she send me an adjusted invoice and I paid thru angi the adjusted price. In my opinion and experience It's not a very good business at all. The woman who owns the business is not reputable at all."
