Deborah was very helpful in helping me troubleshoot an air quality problem that was developing in my home. She was very responsive (critical in an emergency situation or when dealing with something like mold), professional and efficient. Thanks in part to her recommendation, I was ultimately able to identify the problem which, thankfully, was not mold.

Owner Debrah contacted me for the request I made. She gave me a quote. They never did mold testing and told me it could be done in 4 hrs. She said she will send someone to inspect but arrived late. The person did not know what he was here for. Informed a building inspector advised me that I may have mold. He checked my attic for less than 2 min and said he can do it in 4 hrs. Debrah never sent me a paperwork about the work in my home. The guy worked in my house until 11:30 , left for about 30 minutes, came back at 1 in the morning and worked until 4:30 am. Then a guy that he worked with who did mold testing came out here after 3 days. Did the mold testing and sent it to a place in florida that takes the sample and does the test. She told me I needed to pay that immediately and asked me to call her with my card number without having an invoice sent to me. On tuesday , the 19th she texted me an invoice. That's where I contacted her again and told her that I didn't think her estimate was fair. We agreed to adjust the cost because the service was not done correctly. Finally she send me an adjusted invoice and I paid thru angi the adjusted price. In my opinion and experience It's not a very good business at all. The woman who owns the business is not reputable at all.

There are a few business named Ultra Clean--but make no mistake, this outfit with Mark is outstanding. He was honest with us about the work involved. He was on time and despite the small scale of our problem, he was very professional and courteous. I felt he wanted the best for us which is something very hard to come by with the larger companies. Ultra Clean has a permanent place on our refrigerator door.

Submitted a claim to my insurance using pictures of someone else’s home. Tech was not responsive their certification as a company has been spotty. Owner charged my card after I won a disputed without my permission. Had to file a police report twice. Once because her tech was harassing and again for credit card fraud. Owner paid for a mild test, showed clean, the one I paid for showed they didn’t and we hand to move into a hotel. In my opinion this place is a fraud.
