We asked for help with a new bathroom installation. Mike came out for a couple of hours. He talked about all the work he would, and charged me $300 for the inspection alone. Then Mike NEVER returned a phone call TO ACTUALLY PERFORM THE WORK. COMPLETE WASTE OF $300. FIND SOMEONE ELSE.

Ryan from Edwards Plumbing connected our new sink when we remodeled our kitchen one year and 3 months ago. Three times, the pipe and trap disconnected and water flooded the cabinet under the sink. We thought it was a minor problem so my husband (who has been keeping our traps clog free for 40 years) reconnected the pipes. The third time, I called Edwards Plumbing. When I described the problem, Ryan said that the pipe was probably too short. I asked him to come to the house and repair it. He said Edwards guarantee their work for one year, because our project was 1 year and 3 months ago, they would not repair it. I asked for Mike, the owner, to call but have not heard from him. The leaking is due to poor installation and they should stand behind their work, even if the warranty period has just expired. And, they don’t seem to appreciate customer loyalty – we hired them for a second job during the last year! I will never, ever hire them again. And, this is the first negative rating I have ever filed.

He gave me a 2 hour window of 10 to 12 for arrival and he arrived promptly at 10. He took care of contacting the city to have the water turned off and he notified me ahead of time of the surcharge from the city for turning the water off. The work was done in less than an hour. There have been no issues after the work was done.

After getting an astronomical bid from another supplier, we called Edwards Plumbing. They called back within 10 minutes (after 5:00 pm) and set up an appointment only one day out, even providing an approximate estimate over the phone since we knew exactly what needed to be done. He arrived on time, gave an accurate estimate of how long it would take, and the work was less than half the cost of the other guy. We had him provide an estimate on three other projects we need done and we will be going with Edwards Plumbing when the time is right.

We recently bought a new (to us) home and have had Edwards Pumbling come out a few times to install new toilets, faucets, inspect for leaks, etc. Each time they have been prompt, courteous, and quick to preform the necessary work. It sounds cliché, but hey go above and beyond when completing a job. I will definitely hire them again.

Great experience, local businessman.   Had an emergency water heater meltdown the night before.  Found out about Mike on a fluke in the morning from our day care provider, called him an hour later, discussed our circumstances, he called back an hour or so later to confirm that he could get me in and set up a time to come out same day.  Was there before me, had a new water heater installed same day, took 2 hours.  Works great.
Mike was easy to talk to while working, explained what he was doing, gave reasons for why things are done the way they are and was very professional in his approach and workmanship and clean up.  Would definitely recommend and plan on using him for a simple outside water spigot install in a couple weeks.

He found the leak I am just dissapointed that to hire a plumber for less than an hour cost us 160.000 I think that is too much no supplies were added as far as I know the hose under the sink was leaking he checked the water pressure at my request nice guy but www plumbing costs a lot

Mike and Ryan broke up the concrete floor, moved the drain pipe from its old location to a new interior wall, installed drains for lavatory, toilet and shower.  Mixed concrete and filled the "trench".  I had no problem framing the wall, everything lined up perfect.  He is my Go To Plumber from now on!

We were very happy with the workmanship and the price of the repair. He also gave us an honest quote on the phone that kept us from paying an outrageous price from a different plumber who was already at our house! I highly recommend Edwards Plumbing.

Good job.  Only shared information/details when I specifically asked.  However, lots of info given in response to my questions.  Also was very honest and talked me out of a more expensive faucet that I inquired about because he said it really wasn't necessary for my situation.  That increased my confidence in the company.  I wasn't crazy about him keeping his shoes on when inside, but he was going inside & outside frequently and it wasn't wet or muddy or anything outside so I guess it was ok.  He didn't track in any visible dirt.

We've used Edwards Plumbing for several jobs in two different homes. New installs as well as repairs. Quality work, reasonable pricing. The work is always done and completed in a timely manner. We highly recommend Mike and Ryan. We wouldn't call anyone else. 

They were very professional and did a good job. They were efficient. I would use them again in the future.

Mike Edwards bid the job at $725 over the phone stating that he had done enough installations that he did not have to see the job site prior to doing the work. After the job was completed in about 4 hours, he demanded an additional $125 or else he would cut out a valve and leave the installation non-functional. He screamed for about 10-15 minutes; my wife was fearful and was ready to call 911 in case he became physically violent. To get him out of my house, I paid the addtional $125. When he left, he threw trash in my landscaping. I filed a police report on the entire incident (based on his extortion for additional money and threatening to do damage to the completed installation) and a littering complaint against him which is still pending. I also submitted a Better Business Bureau complaint against him which he did not resolve. Edwards Plumbing is a problem you do not want. Please contact me if you want more details.
