"We have worked with Victor twice now and both times have been fantastic. The first time we hired him, we needed floors done on 2 levels of our house. We had LVP put in and we love our new floors. This most recent time we hired him to do our master bathroom remodel. We tore out our existing shower/flooring/vanity, etc and replaced it all. He did an amazing job on everything! The tiling is incredible and everything turned out beautifully. All of the shower prep work was done properly as well - we had been sending picture updates to a family member in the construction business and he was impressed by the work. He also sends out people who are very nice and who respect your home and clean up after themselves. And if any mistakes are made, he is quick to make it right. (We had an issue with our shower door - upon install the glass installer cracked our brand new shower tile. I sent a picture to Victor and within minutes (literally) he had talked to the glass installer, texted me saying he'd replace the broken tile and reinstall the door, and then he showed up about 15 minutes later to see the tile and put together a plan for making it right. And 2 days later it was fixed and re-installed). Our tile installer was Dmitiry - who I also HIGHLY recommend, he does fantastic work!!"
