LongHous Construction

LongHous Construction did a nearly-full bathroom remodel for us, and did a fantastic job. What started out as a subfloor+shower replacement turned into me asking them to redo everything, and Michael and Co. were accommodating, kind, and professional the whole way. LongHous is very personable and respectful of property and schedules; we were out of town for a large part of the demo, and LongHous was amenable to working with our neighbors to get access to the house (this was a setup we discussed with LongHous and one we were comfortable with). The work is beautiful and well done, and I appreciated the communication during the work--answering my questions and explaining where they were in the process. I also appreciated the straightforward chats on what we should be able to DIY beyond painting the walls (light switches, fixtures, sink installation, etc.). An overall pleasant experience with beautiful results! Photos are before we've finished our part--we can't get over the transformation and how everything came together. Would definitely recommend Michael to friends and family, and would definitely have LongHous back to help improve other spaces in the house!

We worked with Home Depot and Michael Long from Longhous Construction to replace our existing wood wrap around deck with Flex Composite decking. We are extremely happy with the product, construction/installation and end product. This will last for many years to come without the need to re-stain every few years. Thank you Michael for a quality job done!!

The work was well done. If weather or other situations came up, we were called and kept informed. Micheal and his crew were very pleasant to work with. The construction site was cleaned up promptly upon completion of the work.

Michael did an incredible job rebuilding my deck! It's rock-solid and looks fantastic. I had a specific look in mind, and he really took the time to explore different ideas that matched what I wanted while staying within my budget. He was a huge help with the city permits and handled any surprises from the inspections like a champ. I'm already thinking about future projects to team up with Michael again—I can't wait!

Michael Long was the best! He not only does terrific work, he does it a timely manner and cleans up after work is finished. I had a time sensitive project and he was very respectful of my time lines. What would look good or not. And explained why he thought that, which helped me understand more than i bargained for. Being As I am a complicated person and very picky, I had to put faith into this knowing it would be beautiful and trust the opinion of the person I hired and respect that they included me in MY process also.
