"Brothers Contracting apologizes for any misunderstanding that may have resulted in this review and will do everything possible to correct this situation. It is our policy to provide all our customers with 100% satisfaction."
The quality of the painting itself was excellent-very professional. They did a great job in patching up the holes in the wall (I can't even tell that there were holes in the walls after they painted) and touching up the ceiling, especially the bathroom where there was a lot of peeling. They were also very conscious about covering up the furniture to prevent stray paint splatter on it. What impressed me was the little things that they did and I wasn't expecting: after moving some of the furnture around, there were a lot of dust bunnies remaining in that area. They vacummed all that. They didn't have to do that, but that was a nice touch in my mind. They were conscious about cleaning up after the project and leaving it in the same state before the proejct.
It was a great experience working with Brothers Contracting and would recommend them for any painting project.
