"We chose Window Concepts because they brought product samples to our home to assist us in picking out a new entry door and sidelights. I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. I had to wait another week and though they were a few hours late, they did show up. Despite the wait the installers did a great job and we are happy with the finished product."

There were days I would go downstairs expecting to see Scott, but instead only saw the work that was already completed, The dog wouldnâ t even bark at him, and he barks at everyoneâ ¦ including me! Scott was able to work with some of style demands and make the rooms exactly match the finishes in the rest of the house. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."
