"In September 2015 Gary came on a Saturday to assess the situation. He cleaned the gutters and recommended installing gutter covers only on one side of the house due to the heavy tree cover. In May of 2017 it was apparent the new cover was clogged. I looked up the invoice and it was noted that there is a 10 year no clog warranty, Jackpot! I contacted ARC, they sent out a technician the next day. He unclogged the offending gutter cover and inspected the others.
