"In September 2015 Gary came on a Saturday to assess the situation. He cleaned the gutters and recommended installing gutter covers only on one side of the house due to the heavy tree cover. I contacted ARC, they sent out a technician the next day. He unclogged the offending gutter cover and inspected the others.
