Randy and his crew did an excellent job, were very professional, cleaned up after the work was completed and were very careful not to damage any thing even though they had to jack hammer the floor and carry gravel, sand and cement in to the lower level to complete the work.  Randy was quick to provide an estimate and completed the work earlier than expected. He is very knowledgeable and  guarantees his work. He and his crew explained everything they were doing as the work was being done. I am very pleased with what they did and would definitely use this contractor again.

"After dealing with a leak in one corner of our basement for over 20 years we finally decided to do something about it and called Gardner Construction to come take a look. Jake was great and suggested a couple solutions to our problem. We had them put drain tile in our basement and replace part of aggregate sidewalk to keep the water away from the foundation.
