"After dealing with a leak in one corner of our basement for over 20 years we finally decided to do something about it and called Gardner Construction to come take a look. Jake was great and suggested a couple solutions to our problem. We had them put drain tile in our basement and replace part of aggregate sidewalk to keep the water away from the foundation. They came and everyone was courteous and very professional. Jake and Cole were very patient with me and all of my questions. They did a terrific job, they were able to dig into the basement floor while keeping the dust to a minimum which kept the rest of the house clean, made sure to clean up after their work and the aggregate they put down was beautiful.
