"He was a very nice guy. He came in and did what needed to do and he was not expensive. It was a great experience."

"We recently purchased a home with TONS of tile and dirty grout. Allen did a great job of making the tile look like new!"

"I was expecting good work, given the previous reviews, but this blew me away!  Hal has an attention to detail that is truly not seen in this day and age.  He rounded the edges of every board used in the fence.  The spacing between boards were all customized so that every section looked perfect. He created a deck that captured the style of the house, and also created a seamless transition between the decks on either side.  The arbors are lovely.  He talked me out of a few things and came up with better solutions that I love. He also listened to my ideas and went with them when they made sense.
The guy is a craftsman!  Little things matter:  perfect beveled corners on the deck.  A birdhouse needed to be re-located as part of the project.  Hal noticed that the birds were still nesting in it, so worked around it and came back to relocate it when it was safe.  Then, without my asking, he fixed the birdhouse so that it would be easier for me to clean it.
I've had many, many glowing comments from friends, neighbors, and family.  People I know who do carpentry for a living were also very impressed by his work.
Things you should know:  This is not a big operation.  It's Hal plus a helper or two.  You need to be flexible on starting dates, and it may take longer to finish than you think it will.  Hal cuts all the boards in his shop before assembly on site - he really does.  If it seems like the project should be starting and you don't know why he's not on site, that's why.  The finished product is totally worth the wait.

"I chose Mr. Jesinoski after looking at the local Angie's list and I made the right choice. Mr. Jesinoski came at the agreed upon time and installed the unit per the IKEA instructions (I didn't think it would work); all the time explaining to my daughter about the different wall configurations and installation options. My daughter rates him A+ and I do too. Thank you very much"

"We called Cady Handyman Services and a pleasant gentleman discussed our deck project.
Cady Handyman scheduled one of his service tech to come out the follow morning.
The tech arrived promptly at the scheduled time with a friendly ready to fix our problem attitude.
We have raised nails and screws on our deck that always seem to reappear during winter months.
These raised nails and screws made snow removal just horrible. The Cady tech recommened that we remove many of the bad loose fastners and replaced with a new non-corosive styles of screws.
After a complete walk through of our project we were extremely satified.

With our project completed we are now looking forward to the winter to come.

With our total satisfaction with Cady Handyman Services we have again committed to them for our up coming basement project

"Requested a quote for installation of some vinyl flooring in two bathrooms of roughly 100 sqft each.  They were prompt in giving me a call to discuss the project, friendly, and well spoken.  Quote was around $600 per room, which I believe included handling everything from toilet remove/reinstall and baseboard remove/reinstall.  The vinyl itself I already had.  It wasn't a completely unreasonable quote, and perhaps it would have come down some after seeing the job in person, but was high enough that I pursued other options.

"They did a great job!  They were in and out very quickly and the installation went very well.  It took them a few weeks to make the windows, and they installed the job in one day.  I'm completely happy with them and I'd absolutely recommend them!  They had great customer service."

"We had a great experience with Justin and his crew. Initially we contacted him to replace some 65yr old windows, and he was the only contractor to bring to our attention that we had hail damage on the window wraps, siding, gutters, and roof. His experience really helped us thru the insurance claim process and it ended up being a huge cost savings for us. We were so impressed with his customer service, we decided to have him convert our 1-season porch into a 3-season porch, install tile flooring, replace some doors, and paint the interior and exterior of our home. He listened to our ideas, gave us options and suggestions, and helped create solutions for all of the projects. He's like a fiduciary for home improvement and we relied on his expertise to make some great choices to improve our home."

"

Arrived on site at appointed time. Explained procedure and when there would be loud noise from tools.

Prepared door frame for larger door. Installed new door with lever handles. Periodically updated us on progress.

Took normal break and lunch. Informed us when leaving and when returning.

Finished product was so well done that you could not tell the floor transition to LR from BR wasn't re-done.

The new door and hardware was elegant and, and the rooms in the work area were cleaned of any construction residue.

Work crew was very quiet and polite.

Used this company for ramp (wheelchair) in garage 6 months ago with similar results.

This is why we will use them again.

"Went very well. Installers were very courteous, knowledgeable, and everything went smoothly. They had the new gas valve that was needed to bring the connection up to current code, had the city of MInneapolis permit all completed. Both men were very personable. They were much better than the office people I talked to prior...to set up appt. But all turned out great."
