Elite Pest Control

I called George at Elite Pest Control about a pretty big swarm of yellow jackets around an overhang at the front of my house. It wasn't in the most reachable of places, but I tried to spray myself, and nothing seemed to work. They were able to come out the day I called to start working on my problem. It took Elite three visits by George and his sons to completely eradicate the nest (once in the dark!), but they were willing to keep coming back until the problem was resolved. Their rates are comparable to Adams/Orkin/Terminix and they had a 30 day guarantee on the nest removal, so I felt comfortable hiring them to do the job. I would totally recommend them to anyone looking to remove unwanted pests and would definitely use them again if we encounter more pests in the future!

Service was quick. Was over an hour late from the specified time window but they were very kind and explained everything well. I like that their products are pet friendly and plant based.

George and his sons were excellent. they returned calls promptly and were able to seal up our very old Victorian house after a bat and squirrel incident. Not only were they professional in every way, but they were kind and understanding about working on an old house and with many children around during their hours. Live trapped two opossums that were living under a cantilevered portion of our house. Elite Pest Control was the only one of five companies to immediately respond to our Angi request. They also repaired the hole made by the animals that gave them access to the floor joists. I highly recommend Elite Pest Control for small animal capture and removal.

George is awesome!!!! He gave us a quote before coming out and stuck to it. He did a thorough review of our house, inside and out, and gave us feedback as he went around about what should be addressed and what wasn't needed. He sprayed for bugs and sealed up parts of our house where mice and other animals could enter. I would definitely recommend Elite Pest control to anyone!

No mice during the fall/winter

George arrived right on time, and performed the work efficiently and effectively.  He answered all the questions we had, and was very knowledgeable.  And he even came out on a holiday (July 4).  I would recommend him, and use him again.

That guy is so thorough, so polite, prompt and not expensive. He is on time and organized.

George said he would be able to conquer our unwanted creatures and he did.  He came back monthly for the first 3 months.  By the last trip we had very few living pests and my tenants have not seen any of the bugs since.
He is professional in the way he explained to my tenants how to make their home less welcoming to the bugs, he watched for the pets in the apartments so that the chemicals were safe for those who would be around.  He knows the chemicals to use and was willing to explain potential problems .
He is friendly and could talk to my tenants about how to help eliminate the creatures without making them feel guilty.
