They look like new again after multiple coats of varnish applied & properly cured. New weather stripping installed as needed & doors are secure and properly functioning. I provided light assist moving/installing doors and propane heater during cold weather. Unplanned cold snap added to drying time & heat expense."

"One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence.
     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.

"Sky was punctual, friendly and fair. He helped remove an old, defective storm door lockset, as I was unable to do so due to a stripped screw head. He expertly used a grinder so he could back it out w/ a flat head screwdriver. He also installed a "build-a-branch" contraption in a tree. Because the replacement lockset for the above mentioned door wouldn't fit, he assisted me with installing an "aerial hoop" swing on the "build a branch" for my two 8 year old children to enjoy."

"Larry did an absolute fabulous job with everything, especially the install of the screen door.  The opening was less than perfect but Larry made sure the door fit to perfection.  He was also able to fix the soffit so it's now back in place and replaced the piece of siding so it should not come down again.  

Larry also was able to give me a bid to finish a bathroom project that I've started and am unable to complete on my own.  The bid is extremely reasonable and Larry and I decided he'll be back to do the job this Fall.  I can't wait and know he'll do an equally a great job as all the others he's completed already."

"Will Rossbach and Don Hruby of Rossbach Construction did an excellent quality job in planning and implementing the replacement of our twenty-year-old front entry door/sidelights with a new Pella entry door/sidelights. This job involved not only required installing the new Pella door/sidelights but also staining and painting trim pieces surrounding the door, all of which were matched perfectly to the existing trim. The installation of the new Pella door/sidelights is so perfect that it looks like it was installed during our home s original construction. Both Will and Don are very quality and detail oriented and highly professional. Moreover, the high degree of pride they take in their work is very readily apparent in both their detailed planning for our project and the EXCELLENT quality of their finished product. "We called Cady Handyman Services and a pleasant gentleman discussed our deck project.
Cady Handyman scheduled one of his service tech to come out the follow morning.
The tech arrived promptly at the scheduled time with a friendly ready to fix our problem attitude.
We have raised nails and screws on our deck that always seem to reappear during winter months.
These raised nails and screws made snow removal just horrible.The Cady tech recommened that we remove many of the bad loose fastners and replaced with a new non-corosive styles of screws.
After a complete walk through of our project we were extremely satified.
