IT'S A FAMILY TRADITION: From Great-Grandpa Walter in the 1930's - 50's to Grandpa Carl in the 60's - 80's to Mark & Jesse Bjorkstrand from the 70's to today; the Bjorkstrands' have been servicing local residents with their water management needs. Gutter Cleaning
Bjorkstrand Gutter Toppers did a great job on our fall gutter cleaning for our 26 unit townhouse complex. The timing was good and the cleanup was great. The job went smoothly with no problems. Price was competitive and we got an early booking discount.

Gutter Repair and Replacement
Service and installation were seamless. I hardly knew the work was being done over the course of two days. The installer was quiet and professional. The only criticism was that there were many jagged pieces of metal I found on the lawn after the install. I shared this criticism with the owner. Would definitely hire again.

Snow Removal
I hired Mark Bjorkstrand and his crew for driveway snowplowing for the winter of 2022-2023. It was the snowiest in recent memory. They did a great job. They were prompt and Mark would communicate during the large snowfalls. I will be hiring them again for the winter of 2023-2024.

The experience was excellent overall. I had prompt responses to my phone call and email communications. The products and options were thoroughly explained in advance of the project and the price was very reasonable for the quality of the materials. The installation schedule was communicated clearly. The installation was smooth, and the gutters look great and are already functioning substantially better than our old gutters. All of the varying employees that I spoke with were knowledgeable and respectful. Should I ever need to replace these (doubtful) I will certainly come back!

Bjorkstrand was the only one of five contractors on Angie's List that returned my call. The initial estimate was based on photos and descriptions over the phone. The cost was a few hundred dollars less than an estimate I got from a contractor I found on another list.There was an initial delay in the emailing of the estimate, but all of the other communications were rapid. The owner took pains to clarify what needed to be done. The contractor was patient as we had to get rid of squirrels in the attic before they could proceed. The work was great and the workers were very friendly and courteous. I will definitely hire again.

Very well. Used them a few years ago for house remodel project. Then wanted to add a gutter to another side of garage. Prices have gone way up, but used them anyways. Had a concern about installation months after we paid them and they were extremely responsive and addressed my concern to my satisfaction. Highly trustworthy and professional. Family friendly also!

Mark came out and looked at my house and suggested ways to repair some damaged areas and showed me several options for the gutter toppers. I was hesitant to make a decision when we met and he applied no pressure. I appreciated his education and felt more knowledgeable when he left. I called him later that day and told him to schedule me. The team that did the work was so friendly and professional. The work was better than I imagined and the area was so clean you could not tell work had been done.

Everything from the estimate to the scheduling to the work completed was smooth and professional. The gutters are the best in the business and the installers are as well. They replaced and installed one set of gutters for me a couple of years back, and it was a no-brainer to call them again when I needed another gutter replaced.

Gutter Cleaning
Jesse and DJ did a great job cleaning our gutters, getting rid of the leaves that fell & installing our Gutter Toppers. They talked over the plan with us when they arrived, and did everything as described. In addition, Jesse 'straightened' out our front downspout that had been run over by our lawn maintenance people at the beginning of summer. And he worked 'magic' to re-connect our patio area downspout that had been disconnected when a new fence was installed in late fall.

The estimator had good and creative suggestions for a practical solution to our basement water problem. In addition, we added a special request to handle our rain barrel which they did at no extra charge. The work was done efficiently and the job site was left tidy.

Mark came out within days of my connecting with him to review the situation. Even he thought it would be nearly a month before he could get to it, he was back within two weeks. He provided extensions to the drain spouts plus rectify an error made in installing the gutter helmets. The price was more than reasonable, and all members of the condo association were pleased with results...including our neighbors!
