The only reason I didnâ t give five stars across the board is that the estimator was an hour late. He did call to say he was behind, but behind is 10-15 minutes, not an hour.

Awesome service! My house was broken into and I was out of town. The glass guru came out that evening to measure for new glass, and offered to secure it temporarily to keep the cold out. It was such a relief to have someone to help me and I could get back to enjoying my vacation!

I had to replace a peak window in my 4 season porch which unexpectedly cracked. I called and they came over to measure the next day. I did call other glass replacement companies for a bid, but I was most impressed with the thoroughness of the measurements and the explanation of the replacement proceedure. Their bid was competitive with all of the other estimates. When replacement day came the two person crew, called before they arrived, and we're on time. Since the window was in the peak, it was not square and a lot of trim boards had to be removed. All the trim and molding was removed without breaking a single board. Saved a lot of sealing and staining! They filled the nail holes, cleaned up the room, removed their floor coverings and we're gone. I would highly recommend Glass Guru. A job professionally done, reasonably priced and came with a guarantee.
