"I needed this work done fast to accommodate a new washer and dryer that was arriving in a few days. Mark answered the phone on the second ring, came by and looked at the project the next day and was able to starting working on it right away. It was a 2 day project and by the time the other plumbers I called finally got back to me,  Mark was almost finished!  He is very knowledgable and advised me on a freezing pipe situation as well. He is very customer service focused and understands that if you are calling a plumber you probably want to speak to a plumber vs. voicemail. "After getting a bid from Cady this summer, I hired them to do some work on my house (clean gutters, install gutter covers I'd purchased and fix a piece of siding). They agreed to do the work on September 10 at 1:00 p.m. They didn't show, and they didn't return my calls over the next couple of days. I felt they wasted my time. "Paul responded very quickly to our initial request for a visit and was very patient answering the many questions we had during the bidding process. We solicited three bids and Paul's was the winner from a price and value for service perspective. Paul is very easy to work with and we just liked his personality. That played a big part in the decision. The work done is gorgeous. Removing the popcorn ceilings in the lower level and replacing with knockdown was a terrific move. I haven't found a flaw in them yet! Paul made sure all work was done in the time frame we gave him even working until late one evening to make sure painting was done before carpet installers were scheduled the following day. "The installation was excellent. I did have some trouble getting answers to my questions about the functioning of the thermostat and the outside temperature gauge. It seemed to register about 10 degrees above actual air temp. I was told this did not impair in any way the operation o9f the unit. I was not convinced. They said they would replace, but it has yet to happen."
