"Service couldn't have been better.  Mike (I think his name was) was very professional.  He arrived while my wife was home and uninstalled the old water softener, installed a new water softener ($480), and connected the water line to the freezer's ice maker ($100).
All of this took a few hours.  By the time I arrived home from work, he was finished and showed me how to work the new water softener.
He was very polite the entire time.  I would definitely use their service for plumbing again in the future.

"After getting a bid from Cady this summer, I hired them to do some work on my house (clean gutters, install gutter covers I'd purchased and fix a piece of siding). They agreed to do the work on September 10 at 1:00 p.m. They didn't show, and they didn't return my calls over the next couple of days. I felt they wasted my time. "Paul responded very quickly to our initial request for a visit and was very patient answering the many questions we had during the bidding process. We solicited three bids and Paul's was the winner from a price and value for service perspective. Paul is very easy to work with and we just liked his personality.
