"Service couldn't have been better.  Mike (I think his name was) was very professional.  He arrived while my wife was home and uninstalled the old water softener, installed a new water softener ($480), and connected the water line to the freezer's ice maker ($100).
All of this took a few hours.  By the time I arrived home from work, he was finished and showed me how to work the new water softener.
He was very polite the entire time.  I would definitely use their service for plumbing again in the future.

"Jim delivered the working computers and they appeared to be working.  He called regularly to check up on the working of the new build.  He installed new memory for my wife's computer and the operating speed has increased,  which was her main complaint.  He installed some new free virus scan, spam ware killer, and malware killers.  I hope he's correct about them solving all protection needs.

Just some side info... If you install XP Pro with SP3 or Windows 7, they make installation of your older Windows stuff impossible (they have snooper ware that verifies authenticity).  They sense a change of the machine signature and will not allow the old license to work.  This includes Adobe Acrobat (not the free reader, the full version).  We had to buy the new 2010 Windows Office (our stuff was the older version... time to upgrade).  They (your original stuff) will keep complaining about the wrong OS.  With Acrobat you have to call to get a new validation code based on the new machine signature, you have to explain you rebuilt the OS.  So don't blame Jim; its Bill Gates fault!

The bill was in line with what Dell and Geek Squad charges, but with Jim you get to talk to the real person who is working on your stuff."

"After getting a bid from Cady this summer, I hired them to do some work on my house (clean gutters, install gutter covers I'd purchased and fix a piece of siding). They agreed to do the work on September 10 at 1:00 p.m. They didn't show, and they didn't return my calls over the next couple of days. I felt they wasted my time. I gave them an F rating here and moved on to look for other handyman companies. Except that finding another company turned out to be easier said than done (the ones I contacted didn't serve my area or didn't want to do work on a 2-story house or were booked for months). A week later, my contact at Cady called to apologize. He said he'd gone out of town and the people back at the office dropped the ball. He offered to do the work for a reduced fee. I hadn't hired another company and was starting to wonder if I'd find one before winter, so I agreed to hire them. Two workers showed up as promised on September 21. They did a great job and were knowledgeable and personable. My husband and I were very happy with the work, and we would hire them again.

"Paul responded very quickly to our initial request for a visit and was very patient answering the many questions we had during the bidding process. We solicited three bids and Paul's was the winner from a price and value for service perspective. Paul is very easy to work with and we just liked his personality. That played a big part in the decision. The work done is gorgeous. Removing the popcorn ceilings in the lower level and replacing with knockdown was a terrific move. I haven't found a flaw in them yet! "Let me first say that I am a new homeowner. My boiler recently had a massive amount of issues. I started by contacting Xcel and Centrepoint to get their sales representatives out to my house. I did not have a good experience with both of the men that came to my house so I then asked a friend for a referral which ended up being Stark Heating & Air. (I live in So. Mpls and they were willing to make the trip!) They were at my house within 48 hours to look at the problem and provided a quote that was much more affordable than both Xcel and Centrepoint. Dean got the quote to me, I signed it, and the work was done just a week later. I fully intend on using Stark Heating & Air for anything I need in the future, you should too!"
