He was on time (within the 2 hour window agreed upon), courteous and thorough. After he installed the unit in a timely manner (my 3 yr son thought it was really fast) he explained how to operate it efficently and gave tips for optimal wear and tear, very professional and thoughtful (above and beyond if you ask me)!
