Marcin, is very passionate about his final project results. He is a professional i wish more installers were like. However he ended up losing my business because of a situation I could not control very disrespectful to me. I am a senior and do not really like his better than me attitude. Work was decent but he is not reasonable at all. I was going to have more done but Marcin alone drove me away

When I set about the process of hiring someone to install a tub liner I was overwhelmed. I spoke with a few installers then met with Marcin from Deluxe Bath. Marvin was very polite on the phone and showed up right on time for the estimate. He explained everything clearly and answered my questions. He left without a hard sell. I took a day to think about it and went ahead with Deluxe Bath. Marcin kept me in loop during the process of having the liner manufactured. He called me when it was completed to set up an install date. We agreed to a day. The day before he reached out to confirm the time. He arrived at the agreed upon time. He went about the install immediately. He worked the entire time he was at my house, no breaks. When he called me up to show me the finished result. I was blown away. It is night and day. He cleaned up leaving my garage cleaner than he found it. Marcin explained the care I needed to take with tub then he was on his way. What a great experience. He did everything he said he would do when he did the estimate. If your looking to have someone do your home project Marcin and Deluxe Bath is the place to turn to. Thanks !!!

And it was done perfectly and in a short amount of time. The cost was much better than any other company I got quotes from. Iâ m am ecstatic that I chose them and with the finished product. And I would strongly recommend them to anyone!

An exceptional job and experience all around! Even in the face of an unusual bath surround: we had only one short and one long wall, that came to a sort of triangular shelf at the edge of our tub. Marcin responded to my request for a quote within 12 hours and arrived the same day to take a look. He was very professional and it was immediately obvious he was very good at what he did. He provided a quote; answered my questions; didn't try to oversell anything; and was honest about supply chain limitations and costs. He responded to every request promptly. In the end, he got the materials in far less time than we expected and installed our surround in one day. He was meticulous in his work and kept the space clean through the install. We would recommend Marcin from DeLuxe Bath to do your bathroom remodeling. He remodeled our 2 bathrooms. Both look beautiful and the price was very reasonable for what we wanted him to do. I would definitely recommend him. He finished the first bathroom on a Wednesday and the second bathroom on a Friday of the same week. He did everything he said he would do and everything was spotless when he left. Sometimes when you hire a company to work on your house you â  Hopeâ  it would turn out nice when it is finished. Marcin installed a bath tub liner in my upstairs bathroom. He actually responded to my request for a quote within 15 minutes of my request and was able to come out the same day to look at what needed to be done. WHEN I FINALLY FELT MY BATHROOM HAD SEEN ITS BETTER DAYS, I DECIDED TO CALL AROUND AND GET ESTIMATES TO REDO THE WHOLE BATHROOM, BUT WHAT I FOUND IS THAT MOST WOULD ONLY QUOTE ME A PRICE FOR WHAT THEY CALL THE WET AREA..SHOWER, TUB ETC. THEY WOULD NOT EVEN DO DRY AREA..FLOOR, PAINTING, SINK ETC. AND THAT WAS NOT WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. THEN I CAME ACROSS DELUXE BATH AND A FRIENDLY GUY NAMED MARCIN CONTACTED ME. I WAS HESITANT AT FIRST THINKING HE WAS LIKE ALL THE REST. SO I DECIDED TO HEAR HIM OUT..HE CAME OVER WITH SAMPLES AND TOOK HIS TIME EXPLAINING THINGS. I TOLD HIM WHAT I WANTED DONE AND HE SAID YES, HE CAN DO IT ALL.WE TALKED ABOUT PRICE, HE WORKED WITH ME AND AFTER MUCH CONSIDERATION I DECIDED TO GIVE HIM THE JOB. SO HAPPY I DID. HE IS DEPENDABLE, ON TIME AND COMES IN WITH A GAME PLAN TO DO THE WORK THE RIGHT WAY. WORKS HARD, STAYS FOCUSED, CLEANS UP.
