The upstairs fireplace has an insert which they removed with care only to find the installers of the insert (not Envision) placed it on a plywood base (not a good mix - heat and wood). So in addition to installing the gas line with precision and getting us a log set that is beautiful, they reset the inert on cement board and made the house safer. Envision is awesome.
