We replaced a very old sliding door and are very happy with the quality of the product and installation. Our installer was punctual, took his time and did a wonderful job - would highly recommend!

The Patriot one crew did an excellent job. Before they even started on window installation they made sure to cover all floors and surrounding furniture with plastic or heavy floor tarps. Their 4 man crew had a designated leader that kept the work flow steady and precise. Each man in this crew knew their job and were very proficient and methodical in the approach to window replacement and installation. I was very pleased in having them volunteer to fill old voids with foam insulation that the original installer had missed throughout the house. On the first day of installation there was a constant mist of rain, but that did not deter them from working at a steady pace. The second day of install was nicer weather but the process was still the same for window removal and installation. The new windows match the exterior of the house trim and siding perfectly.

Everything went well. They were polite and knowledgeable, arrived in the designated time frame, were efficient & cleaned up. Wouldn't know they'd been here except for the beautiful new window.

Doors and windows were installed well and exceeded our expectations! We were very impressed with the team’s work ethic, expertise, and professionalism! The team encountered a minor heck-up, a screen for the living room was not fitting well and had to be reordered and installed at a later date. Overall, we were very pleased with the service and quality of the products installed in our home.

From start to finish, this was the best home improvement experience hands down. Punctual, informative and friendly crew, precise and competent installment, wonderful clean up, check and recheck of their job to assure our satisfaction…we couldn’t ask for anything more. This company's service is great. I had a number of windows in my home that had problems with rot and I wanted to make sure that their replacement was done right with quality materials and quality workmanship. Renewal by Anderson did a great job. In addition to installing the new windows, they also took care of some issues with boards underneath that were rotted. To ensure that I did not have rot on the trim again, they use the PVC trim around the window. For one of the windows, I requested a window with different dimensions. This required new framing, drywall work, and some new siding. On the siding, rather than just installing some small filler pieces, they replaced whole pieces of so that I would not have any seams. Also, the new siding they installed was an exact match to my old siding. After painting, you cannot tell that the window size was changed, everything looks great.

Craig Paholak was my salesman and one-of-a-kind hero. I wanted the stained wood frame for our new large picture window. Having to deal with my husband's Alzheimers, I don't have the time for projects like staining, but it's too small a job to find a handyman to do it. Craig offered to stain it for me and I was so relieved. I am so pleased with his work and the window looks fabulous. Thanks, Craig! You are my hero!

Installation was done when promised and went

Consultation was professional, thorough and full of good information. Window measurements went quickly. We did however have our install date moved back twice, which was a supply issue and not a fault of the business in Livonia. We still had to deal with no window coverings for a week though. The crew showed up on time to install the day of and covered everything in the house to protect from debris. They were very efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. They installed all 19 windows in one day. We replaced our windows because of drafts and mold so we will have to go through a winter to fully assess them, but I can tell you that the design, craftsmanship, and thought that has gone into their product is leaps and bounds over what we previously had and what other companies offered to install. So far we love them and are glad we went with Renewal by Anderson.

Was glad they took on a small job. Installer was very good. Salesperson left us a bit confused ...needed to slow down abit. The windows are a bit pricey but a very well built window...and was a larger then normal front window.

I love my two new windows! They look beautiful and I was very happy with the installation services. I would definetly have RBA come back again!

the team of two got all the work done in a day's time. Then, they showed us how everything works. Renewal by Andersen windows are expensive (which is why we lived with our 1954 windows for so long) but they appear to be good quality

We purchased a Gliding, A-Series, 2 Panel sliding patio door with grilles between the glass. Our design consultant, Charlie St. Louis was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Jason and his installation crew were very professional, treated my home like their own, and finished by providing thorough instructions related to use and care. I would highly recommend Renewal by Andersen for their outstanding product and the excellent service provided from start to finish.

We love our new windows. We've been waiting a while to save to get our windows, because I only want to replace windows once in the house. My parents have had Andersen windows and they've stood the test of time. There's on old saying "you get what you pay for." These windows are an investment in your home and the aesthetics amazing. Our salesperson Keith Prill was thorough in his presentation, explaining the materials and demonstrating the difference between vinyl and fiberglass windows. Our installers Bryan Laboe, Mike, and Joe were professional and took their time making sure the installation went smooth. They demonstrated how to properly use the windows and we've already received many compliments from the neighbors. It was great getting to talk with my installers and salesperson and knowing they live and work here in the area. We are proud to say we own Andersen windows. In closing, I would say if you're considering replacement windows, the best value for your money is Andersen. If you want to go through the whole process in 5 years down the road then go with vinyl. It's amazing how exciting new Andersen windows can are you feel about your home. It's a confidence and assurance that you've made the right decision.

Installers Carlos and Bryan were great, arrived on time, did quality work and cleaned up nicely after they finished the job. Both are friendly and answered all our questions. We will need to replace more of our Pella windows in the near future and we will use Renwal by Anderson again.
