It was not an easy task finding someone with the expertise to do the kind of repair we needed done, but Mr. Michael did an excellent job and we couldn't be happier. It is rare to find someone with the pride of workmanship that Mr. Michael has. I especially appreciated his cleaning/care recommendations after the job was complete to keep it looking great. I also have a dog that does not like the sound of compressors or loud noises so he made sure to let me know before he started any loud equipment.

Why didn't we hire Dana years ago? We struggled for years to clean our tub that someone had painted before we moved in . . . and in just a few hours Dana made it look brand new. He responded quickly to our request for a quote, showed up on time and did a stellar job. He was clear in his instructions on how long to let the tub cure before we could use it and even called back later in the day with a couple of other suggestions. We were thrilled with Dana's work and highly recommend him.

Dana arrived on time and explained the process. We were delighted with the results. From talking to him I get the impression that he takes a deep interest in what he does and that he pays a lot of attention to detail. I would not hesitate to hire him again for other work that he does if I need it in the future.

I contracted Dana at the beginning of May to reglaze my bathtub and wall tiles in the main bathroom after contacting the top three on Angie's List. Price quotes were comparable but his was a bit less. I chose Dana because he described what he could do and what he would do in more detail. His confidence and engaging manner convinced me that I should go with his company. When he came to the house to do the job, last Wednesday, he was punctual. Actually a little early. At the start of the job, he gave me an overview of the process and how long it would take. Throughout the day he would tell me exactly what he was doing at every stage and let me view to work. At the end of the job he left the room as clean, if not cleaner than when he started. I was really amazed at the results. He took a tired old bathroom and made it look like new. The best part is that when my wife came home after work, she loved the look and what he had done. We would both highly recommend Do All Glaze and Remodel and we have already. A neighbor has his card and is considering hiring him to redo up to 3 bathrooms. Dana is a consummate professional! He is punctual, tidy and true to his word. He keeps you informed throughout the project and doesn't add any superfluous work or charges.

Dana did a fabulous job refinishing our tub. He was very responsive and showed up right on time to get started and I knew exactly what to expect. He was able to get me in his schedule immediately which was very nice because other places I called had a 6 week wait and I couldn't wait that long as I am listing the property for sale. I would say that the tub looks better than new. It is a beautiful bright white with absolutely no imperfections. Wish I had a pic of the before. First of all he was here when he said he would be. He is very professional and polite. He goes over everything he will be doing including the process. I am so happy with the glazing that was done and it looks like new again. He also helped me with some shutoff valves that were leaking which included him running to purchase them for me and installing. Mind you I also had plumbers here doing some work and would not even go that extra mile to help with this, So Dana did it. I will not have those plumbers here again! Dana goes way above and beyond for you. I will be using him for some other projects I need done. I would hire him again and you should too!!!

DANA CAME AND GAVE ME A FAIR ESTIMATE ON REGLAZING MY KITCHEN SINK AND 2 BATHROOM SINKS. HE SHOWED UP ON THE SET DATE ON TIME AND WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. WHEN HE WAS DONE, ALL 3 SINKS LOOKED BRAND NEW AND HE MADE SURE THERE WAS NOTHING TO CLEAN UP AFTER HIM.

Dana came out the same day as I called. We set up an appointment for when the work was to be done. He was on time. His work was very neat, and clean. He explained what he was going to do and it was done. He was very professional and polite.

Everything was really good and I'm looking to hire him again in the future. Two workers took two days to complete job because I didn't have all the materials and they had to go to the store the next day to purchase them. They were professional and left area clean.

Dana did an excellent job creating the new railings we needed. He was a great listener as always, and focused on what was important to us. One of the railings was a non-standard length, and he performed research to find what was needed. He also made a series of visits to our home to apply multiple coats of stain and three coats of finish to the railings, always being flexible on timing to adjust to our schedules and constraints. Once installed, the railings looked so good that it was as if they came with our house. We really appreciate Dana's work, and would definitely call on him again.

Dana is the best! I can't recommend him highly enough. From the first phone call; to the visit to repair the hole in the bathtub wall; and finally the second visit to do the reglaze -- Dana was the most professional, courteous, and meticulous that I could imagine. He explained the process from beginning to end; answered lots of questions; even suggested alternative contractors if he couldn't do what I was looking for. Dana created a plastic tent around the tub to reduce dust; meticulously taped all the edges; cleaned up all the dust when he left; even took off his shoes in the house. You won't be disappointed!

Working with Dana was an absolute pleasure, and I couldn't be happier with the result. First off, he was great throughout the quoting process. We had talked at a high level prior to him coming out, and he remembered all the details from our conversation. Once he was out and we were talking about what I wanted to do, he actually made suggestions that saved me time and money on both materials and labor (which comes from his pocket). All in I decided to have him install a floating vinyl floor, glaze all the wall tile and bath tub, and he also removed my old vanity and toilet and installed the new ones. The last part I was going to do myself, but his price was so reasonable I had him save me the time and effort and do it for me. Additionally there were things that he did for me free of charge. This included the tile and grout repair that was needed an he sealed an old laundry chute for me. He also removed a ceramic toothbrush holder and soap dish that had been tiled to the wall, and replaced it with plain ceramic tiles free of charge. You can't even tell they used to be there. As far as doing the actual work, Dana and his coworker (his brother) couldn't have been kinder. There is always a little bit of anxiety having a contractor work in your home, but he was very pleasant. He kept the mess to a minimum, always cleaned up after himself, wiped his feet every time he came inside, the works. Also, throughout the whole process he was great about keeping me informed about what he had done, what he was about to do, how it was going, and updating his timeline. He even finished a day ahead of when I expected him to. The most important thing that stuck out to me is that we are a single bathroom home and he made sure we never had to go a day without the use of the toilet. The only time we didn't have one was when he removed it to install the floor and the new toilet. He also stayed a little later one day, running the risk of being late to an appointment he had informed us about, to make sure he got the toilet installed for us so we had one that night. The short of it all is that if you are in need of someone to do work around your home, I would recommend him 100% with no hesitation. I have actually given his card to 2 of my friends already. (for the photos provided the last 3 have a hue to them because of the camera. the bathroom tile is bright white as shown in the other photos)

Dana FAR exceeded my expectations. He offered to be a one-stop shop for not only replacing my bathroom floor tiles but also replace my toilet, so I did not have to rely on two different contractors! He was very knowledgeable and even suggested a much cheaper expense of using vinyl flooring instead of ceramic tile. Well, that was all a moot point anyway because it turns out that the floor that my tenant and I liked did not need to be replaced after all: the new toilet would cover any floor openings left behind by the old toilet! Dana was friendly, punctual, and very accommodating both on the phone and in person. What made this experience not just good but spectacular was the fact that Dana went the extra mile to actually shop with me for the correct toilet size. (The one I bought was too big to allow the tenant to fully close the bathroom door.) He even helped me pick out a few swatches of paint to take back to my tenant for helping select a matching color to paint over imperfections left behind after the job was done. Unfortunately, after the initial install of the new toilet, the shut-off valve sprang a leak and that too had to be replaced. But no problem. Dana went to the store on his own that very evening to buy additional supplies to get that fixed immediately so that my tenant would not have to sleep overnight with a leaky valve. I will definitely hire Dana again for other jobs inside the home. You should too!
