I had an amazing experience with this Company. Chris, was truly a Master plumber which was what I needed. This was not an easy fix, but it was so wonderful to know that I was in such capable hands. They were not only extremely competent, but responsive and had very fair pricing Would recommend Emergency Drain and Plumbing to anyone.

Emergencies always seem to happen after hours or on weekends. It is good to know about "Emergency Drain and PLumbing"! Over the weekend our 13-year-old water heater began leaking. Tech Chris Fry was there when we needed him! Quick, Professional, Nice, and Thorough! Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Very well. I called in the middle of Saturday afternoon after discover basement drain backed up. The office receptionist was very friendly and said a technician could be dispatched to our home within an hour. Chris Fry arrived within the hour as promised. Chris was great in all aspects. He examined the situation, explained what needed to be done, and got to business. He was very methodical and precise in his approach and explained everything as he went along. He cleaned up, packed up and was done in about an hour. For the past several years I have dealt with many contractors and subcontractors. We have been fortunate that most have been very good, meeting or exceeding expectations. Chris is one of the best. Will definitely call on as my go to for future plumbing work or issues.

Emergency Drain and plumbing did an awesome job clearing some major tree roots we had in our drain! We happened to see them doing work in our area and just decided to ask if they could give us an estimate on some work. They came down to our house without hesitation and scoped the line. They identified the issue, provided a solution to our problem and saved us THOUSANDS of dollars in repairs. VERY honest and transparent with their quote. The crew came out days later to Picote our line and I couldn't be happier! I'd refer Emergency Drain and Plumbing to anybody searching a reputable plumbing company. Great work!

I was referred to Jeremy from a colleague. Jeremy answered my call immediately and was beyond honest and helpful. My first reason I called was because my water heater broke. He asked for photos and immediately he responded and told me my water heater was under warranty and referred me to the people who could fix it for free. He gained my trust and I ended up calling him a few days later to get his opinion on another plumbing issue I had been having and Jeremy and his team were able to come out immediately and fix clean out my backed up pipes for a third of what his competitors were charging. I would highly recommend these guys! Nothing better than having someone who is of great value, knowledgeable, and trust worthy working on your home.

It went OK until he tried to snake it out; the snake broke off below ground.

Emergency drain is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. They charged my insurance company 14 hours at 95$ an hour and they not only screwed EVERYTHING they touched in my house but scratched and broke my new natural stone tile floor and JEREMY and BRENT the owners are refusing to pay to have the floor repaired. Both drains they attempted to fix were leaking. They came out twice to fix them. They wrapped the pull out of my utility sink around a pipe so you couldn't pull it out to squirt water. My water softener they attempted to install had the tube in the back kink and now that is ruined too. They left the old ring/seal around the toilet on and jammed the new one right on top making the toilet leak and raised. They told me to paint the blue at the bottom that was showing with white nail polish to hide the mess up. The caulk job was sloppy . I had to hire another plumber to fix everything. I wouldn't allow this company to add salt in my softener let alone fix anything. The plumbers didn't come prepared and kept running to Home Depot so they could charge me more. They are rude and unprofessional. I have several pictures and emails to prove everything! The worst part is that I just had a brand new 2000$ natural stone floor that I just paid for and it was completely ruined by these people. I give the - 0 stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I'm sure all their positive reviews are friends and family members.

This is my second go-around with this company and I’ve been very happy with their work. Timely appointment scheduling, arrived on-time, professional and friendly. They got the job done. Cost is a little high, but that’s what you pay for a professional job. I shoulda been a plumber! Don’t forget the AngiesList coupon and save a little $. Well done!

They arrived within the hour, quickly performed the analysis and necessary labor. We were most impressed with their ability to ask the right, in-depth questions beforehand.. and trouble-shoot over the phone which no other plumbing service was capable of. Not only that, they went the extra mile to make sure we had heat overnight, by sending two people. An absolutely fair price for after hours call. Highly professional and highly competent. Good people! No higher compliment.

Some days you are just lucky. Back in July 2018 I called 5 plumbers from Angie’s list and TIFFANY at Emergency Drain and Plumbing said she was certain they would be interested and a plumber would contact me promptly. Three hours later JEREMY called and agreed to install my new toilet at an agreed upon price. ERIC came to perform the work. A rating of A seems common for your recommended plumbers but ERIC’s work is outstanding and most assuredly is deserving of special recognition beyond the “A” rating. Eric’s work was efficient neat and clean. we were so pleased that subsequently we contracted for him to install 2 more toilets on January 16,2019. We were lucky to get an outstanding company and employees.

Fantastic; I couldn't be more pleased. As a licensed builder, I had met them on a kitchen remodeling project that I was working on and was impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. The owner came to our house on the day before they started our work, introduced himself to me and explained the details of the project. Being in the construction business, I already had a functional knowledge of everything he was saying but I was extremely pleased that he had taken that extra step. He and his crew showed up early the next morning, excavated about 65' of our front yard, removed the old damaged cast iron sewer line and replaced it with new PVC. I met the building inspector as he came to see what was done and how it was done and it was immediately obvious that he was as pleased as I was. The only reason that I didn't do the work myself was because I don't have the heavy equipment or the crew to do it. I watched everything they did from the start to finish and they did everything the way I would have done myself. I interviewed 3 contractors for the job and felt most comfortable with these guys. Every one of them was polite and hard working; they were all great. We even gave the crew members a few bucks extra as a tip. They're the only company that I'd call now; I wouldn't even bother calling for competitive estimates from other companies. They're our guys!

They were really good. It was a big job. They were very professional, and very clean. They cleaned up very well, they did a nice job. I found them myself. It was probably a week to get the work completed. There was more than one worker that did the work.

They have also installed fixtures and rough plumbing. They have done work for me and a lot of my friends. Anything you can imagine. Installing toilets, snaking drains, replacing drains, doing soldering, and installing new copper pipe; all of that.

We have been using them for 18 years. Their pricing is extremely good and they are very fast.

This company is the best! I've been using them for drain and sewer line cleaning for several years. They removed (in pieces, using buckets) the old, double concrete laundry sink and installed a new lightweight sink with faucet. They replumbed the faucet as well as the drainage plumbing. They didn't like the clamp holding the washer hose to the washer and changed that out at no charge. After asking if there was a reason my dryer vent was detached (I couldn't reattach after it fell) they offered to take care of that for me as well, again at no charge. They cleaned up after themselves and didn't rush to finish, even as it got close to the end of their day. I highly recommend them for any plumbing related jobs and won't use anyone else.

If you live in the Grosse Pointes or Harper Woods, where there are lots of mature trees, these are the guys to go with. They have a "super" snake that is larger in diameter than those of other companies and they are the only ones that can get through the roots that get in my sewer. I have them out annually to clean the sewer line. They are fair and honest - even though I thought my bathtub drain and a basement floor drain needed cleaning, I was reassurred that they were fine once the sewer line was cleaned, saving me a great deal. I haven't used anyone else since I found them. Every service person I have dealt with has been friendly and helpful, answering all my questions.

They installed a double wye in the drain system that connects the sinks, shower, and tub to the main drain. They used a rubber coupling and part of the install, I was not happy with the use of a rubber coupling and questioned the owner about it at the time. He assured me that the rubber coupling would hold up and that they are used all the time. We dry walled the house and installed the shower pan liner, long story short the rubber coupling did not work the first time water flowed past it, we now have thousands of dollars worth of clean up and damage. The new drywall ceiling below the coupling has now been torn out so that the cavities and walls can dry, we have to have the plumbing repaired, install new insulation, replace the damaged drywall, repaint, clean up....ect. I called and emailed the owner and he will not respond. I will have to take this matter to court since he will not address it.
