"Mr [Member Name Removed]. Please accept my apologies that you didn’t hear back from us. After looking back at our emails from angies list, We most certainly did receive an email requesting a call back. We pride ourselves on prompt, reliable and professional service. Sometimes we fall short. Typically we respond very quickly. Emails are sometimes difficult to keep up with, based on just how many we get during the day. We strive to get better every day and learn from our mistakes. Thank you for considering us to begin with. If possible, the next time you need a plumber, please consider us again. I will waive the service call fee in an effort to bring you back. Brent Johnson Emergency Drain and Plumbing (EDAP) 248-506-7634"

"Yes, in fact, we did work for Ms [Member Name Removed]. In the course of performing the work, we were notified that they were unhappy with some of the work that was performed and also indicated they thought we scratched their bathroom floor. Jeremy, my field supervisor went out to the house to review the issues with the homeowner. Jeremy found some deficiencies in our workmanship and offered to take care of the issues at no cost to the homeowner. In addition, we agreed to replace 5 tiles in the bathroom floor due to scratches, even though we absolutely didn't feel that we scratched her floor. Our feeling was, we wanted to "go overboard" in trying to make the customer happy so that there wouldn't be any question as to the lengths our company will go to make sure our customers are satisfied. Our company does make mistakes. We try hard not to, but it does happen. What sets us apart from other companies, is that on the occasion it happens, we own it and take care of it. After several conversations with the homeowner, it was agreed what work would be performed and by who. Our tile contractor wasn't available for quite some time, so the homeowner said they had a tile contractor that would do the work. We agreed to purchase a box of tile, and we would pay their tile contractor to do the work of replacing 5 tiles. Our company would do the work, at no charge, to remove the toilet and re-install it once the tile was complete. After several weeks, we received an invoice from a LANDSCAPE company for $2000! We were shocked to say the least. We were told that their "tile" person had to remove all the tile in the bathroom because they broke the tiles adjacent to the tiles that were being removed. I told the homeowner that the invoice was unreasonable and we wouldn't be paying any portion of their invoice. I also want to mention that the homeowner received full payment for their landscape invoice(not by us). Also, the check they did write was returned to them. We didn't receive a dime from them. We also didn't bill their insurance company."
