My most recent service was to lower the toilet gasket due to a new floor and to repair a leak in my kitchen. Unfortunately, this happened over Easter weekend. Gabe reviewed the issues on Saturday, and arranged his schedule so they could repair everything on Tuesday. They also cleaned up everything, and made sure everything was working before they left! Kenny was the plumber from WaterWork Plumbing that came to my home. He installed a hose bibb, and then I asked him to recheck recent plumbing work that I was concerned hadn’t been done correctly in the kitchen and bathroom. Thank goodness I did, otherwise I would have incurred water leaks under my kitchen sink in no time and he also corrected issue that I was having with toilet flushing. Kenny was kind and knowledgeable. He also was respectful of my home and put down fresh clean tarps over my white carpeting and cleaned up everything. WaterWork Plumbing are fair in their pricing and charge by the hour.
