They came out to clear a sewer line and offered a permanent solution for repair. They did clear the line, but I have called multiple times for a quote to do the work. Promised time and again, but havenâ t delivered a quote. Been going on for months. Going to look elsewhere.

Good guys but too pricy. I strongly recommend if not emergency to take at least another quote for the suggested job. I did but after job completion. No meaning but for peace of mind. I regret that I did not do that before commencing work and still feeling ripped off.

Our basement was flooding, water was coming up from floor. Called gold star came out same day. They installed a new weeping tile system haven't had an issue since. Job done in 2 days quick And prompt. Nathan,Craig,Corey and Sam did a great job highly recommend, will use in future if services ever needed.

I had a clogged kitchen sink drain, nothing I did would fix the problem. Called several places but they didn't work on mobile homes. Called Gold Star and I was in luck. They were able to come the next day. Nathan and Craig came and assessed the problem, explained thoroughly what needed to be done and gave us the estimate that was fair. We had the them do the work, they were pleasant, respectful of my home and upon completion cleaned up. I took several cards to have on hand for anyone in my area that is in need of their services. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future if need.....I'm hoping I won't need.
