They explained the repair process in detail. Since it was late in day when they arrived they  rescheduled the repair for the following week. No additional trip charge. When they arrived the second time they had to remove the crumbling concrete around the I -beam  and fix the vertical crack in the wall, and repaired 12 rod holes.  I was impressed with their work ethics. They were very precise in making sure the repair was done right. I was also impressed with the amount of work they had to do. They completed the repairs in 3.5 hours and cleaned up the debris and dust.  They answered any questions I had about the repair process. The charge $700.00. I would not consider any other  company for wall repair and  waterproofing needs!!
