my daughter had a problem in August of 2017, we used Joe and his company and were completely satisfied. I wrote a review at that time. I asked Joe about my sump pump and the water back-up which were getting older. He told me there were better water back-up and that when I was ready to call them. I did and the sent in two knowledgeable plumbers. Gino and Chaviz both came here, took out the old systems and installed the new sump and water back-up sump. They were prompt, and showed me how to test the pumps. They answered all my questions since I had installed my own pumps years ago. They took all the old items so I didn't need to carry that yuckie stuff out and throw it away. They left my area clean and neat. If ever needed I will hire them again.

Capital Plumbing scheduled me far out and after receiving quote and scheduling service, they have canceled on me twice now and keep pushing their service visit out further and further. I have re-arranged my extremely busy schedule twice for them only to cancel and have had to deal with a leak in the basement during the sale of house and showings for 3 weeks now because of them! I will be posting bad reviews every single day on every platform until they come out and fix this! Unacceptable. Not happy!

Joe from Capitol Plumbing came out on the weekend during the covid-19 pandemic and made a temporary repair. He returned with Chavez the following week and finished the job. Capitol Plumbing was professional, personable, and knowledgeable.

"Needed" help NOW! (sump pump water discharge leak start to get the carpeted basement floor wet) They responded in a very timely manner and fixed the problem quickly and the first time! The second visit, at my request, they cleaned out the sump pit and replaced the pump. Super response with just great folks!!

Joe did a great job! He was extremely professional, personable & helpful--giving me advice, doing extra work & even double checking to see that everything was done correctly for the city inspection, which he came back to be present for. I will use them for all my plumbing needs in the future!

These guys saved the day when my sewer line needed replacing, They really worked hard to make sure everything went right, including pestering the city for me. They also cost WAY less then my other quote.

He noticed my hot water heater was set to “very hot” and it could have burnt my kids and shorten the life of my water heater. He made some changes that was not part of the job I hired him for. Response quickly, however workers not prepared for what was required or condition of basement. Did not bring materials to protect floors. Basement did not flood during recent days of heavy rains, so they helped!

Joe Jr. did a great job replacing my old water heater. They were quick to respond to any questions I had and the work they did looks fantastic.
