With a deposit on the day of inspection, we were also able to finance the remainder of the cost, which helps us get through tax time. On the day of the install, Jacob called as promised to advise us of their estimated arrival time. The crew, Jacob, Dustin, Cesar, and Jaden, were efficient and responsive to questions. "I liked the tech that stopped by and provide the quote for the natural gas fired Power Vent water heater replacement. I know they would do a good job on the water heater. They install Bradford White which is a very good water heater. Since it was not the same model and physical size as the currently installed unit, some small modifications would be needed. I went with a smaller local plumber who would install the same AO Smith physical size unit (no modifications needed) and his quote was about $250 less."
