The service person was very friendly and knowable about hot water heaters, etc., I did not give a five star for quality because he had to come back a second time because he forgot to change something that caused the heater to leak. I had to pay additional for this. I have nothing to compare the value for the money with. I believe the rating is sufficient for that reason.

Good Customer Service

I would just say the tech wasn't very covid friendly as he didn't wear a mask or gloves. Also didn't honor the 6 ft distance rule. I'm at high risk due to underlying health conditions and hope he wasn't an asymptomatic carrier. I had to sanitize everything I thought he might have touched such as plumbing, door knobs, light switches, railings....etc. I'm still concerned but had to get my plumbing fixed. So I would advise others to ask them to follow the covid guidelines before doing business with them. One would think we wouldn't need to ask. The company should care enough about their customers to just make it mandatory of their employees who go into people's homes!

Fixed our water heater within 24 hrs. Already had part ready from my description. Very friendly. Price was good.

Jeff is professional plumber. He showed on time and fixed Bath tub faucet cartridge but only concern is they are costly based on work and he had done.

I hired Bartlett to install a battery backup for our sump pump. They were easy to work with and the person that installed it did a great job. They arrived a little early for the scheduled appt but they sent a text 15 mins before the technician arrived so we were aware he was on his way. Everything worked out great and will definitely use them again.
