I donâ  t normally make a point of endorsing service providers but today I was so impressed by Tony at T&H Appliance Repair I had to recommend him. After several calls, drive out fees and exorbitant estimates from other repair services, I called Tony. He came out the day I called, found a cracked water line which solved an icemaker issue and replaced a light in the freezer. The last guy estimated a motherboard replacement just to fix the lights but all it took was a little investigation by Tony to solve the issues. If you have an appliance issue, give him a call.

Tony located the problem with the electric range, diagnosed it, took care of my problem. This young man is very professional every step of the way. Next time I have a situation which I canâ t take care of myself, Tony is the person that I will call.

Tony was the only service person to respond to repair my microwave. He ordered a thermostat that he thought would fix my microwave. When the part came in he promptly contacted me. After the thermostst did not solve the problem, I declined further troubleshooting as any other part would be considerably more expensive. It was would have been more cost efficient to just buy another microwave. Tony just charged me only for the initial service call. He was totally professional all the way.

Tony was available within days of our call. He showed up to work on our dryer on time and explained what was needed to fix it and what the cost would be. He had to order a couple parts and called right after they came in. His price was very reasonable and his service was great. If we have another appliance that needs fixing, Tony will be the person we calll.

Gave us good information in case the problem happened again. We appreciate that he did homework on our model and available parts prior to coming.

His fee for labor was very reasonable compared to other service providers, Tony arranged service appointments to meet the customerâ s schedules. He is an honest and personable technician.

My Dryer wasnâ t heating. Called Tony and he was able to come out the next day. Was upfront with his costs and also made recommendations on other parts that needed to be replaced. Was very friendly and got the job done. Would highly recommend.

Tony called me right after receiving message from Angie. He asked what my problem was. My refrigerator/freezer were out of range and things were beginning to thaw. He told me he could come as soon as he finished he calls around 3 - 3:30. He called me earlier than 3 to let me know he was on his way and would be here in 20 minutes. He was very courteous and accessed things. He found a vent on the back which was covered by dog hair. I got the vacuum out he took the plate off the back and the hair was all vacuumed out. The motor started feeling cooler right away. He told me he felt that was the problem to check the temperatures after a period of time, then check again. If it did not return to appropriate terms call and he would return tomorrow. I would highly recommend him!

Tony called me within 2 minutes of my filling out an online request for stove repair, as he was driving home from work in the early evening on a Tuesday. I explained my situation to him, and he said he'd call back once he got home and had the chance to look up the part he figured was needed. So in just about 10 to 15 minutes he called back and was able to give an estimate that was very reasonable. I told him to go ahead and order the part, and we made an appt. for him to come and do the repair on Thursday. I appreciated that he fit me into his schedule at the end of the day. When he arrived at my house, he was very courteous, and explained everything about the workings of the gas oven igniter clearly. It was obvious that he knew what he was doing. I give him my highest recommendation. I had a very positive repair experience and would not hesitate to call him again.

Needed dryer repair, and he quickly diagnosed the trouble and had it fixed quickly and for a very reasonable price. I would definitely use his services again.
