"Kris replaced a deck and 2 years later cleaned and re-stained it. I thought the price for the clean/re-stain was a bit high, so we negotiated, and I am happy with the final price and the work. Also, I needed a plumber in a hurry and Kris sent someone over quickly. All the people who work for Kris have been pleasant to work with, and Kris is easy to communicate with. "Gary couldn't get right out to scope out the job (ceiling damage from a leak connected to the stink pipe installation) but always communicated. Found him to be open and honest, wanted a job to be well done and to my own satisfaction and was more than reasonable. Now it's done and he was so easy to work with.
