"Kris replaced a deck and 2 years later cleaned and re-stained it. I thought the price for the clean/re-stain was a bit high, so we negotiated, and I am happy with the final price and the work. Also, I needed a plumber in a hurry and Kris sent someone over quickly. All the people who work for Kris have been pleasant to work with, and Kris is easy to communicate with. I will use him for other projects."

"Gary communicated very well, which I think makes a huge difference when working with a new contractor for the first time. He was thorough in the job as well as with his communication. He completed the job in a very timely manner and was extremely trustworthy. He was honest when it came to pricing and the timeline in which he could finish the job.
