We had been planning to build a 24'x30' pole barn for a long time. We lined up a builder and found an excavating company to take down a few trees and level the site. Unfortunately, the excavator called me 3 weeks before the build date and said that their current job just expanded, meaning that they could not prepare my site on schedule. I was referred to Top Grade Excavating as a good company to step in and get the job done. Brian (owner) understood my situation and looked at the site immediately. He worked with me to figure out the best approach at a fair price. He was patient as I worked with a tree service to cut the trees down rather than pushing them over. As soon as I was ready, he and his team started their work. They showed up on time and left the site even better than I expected. Brian did a good job communicating when he had questions or wanted to confirm the best approach to take. I would hire Top Grade Excavating again without hesitation.
