We provide Long Distance Moves across the entire country, directly from our West Coast HUBS located in AZ, CA, OR and WA. Or, we team with our partner companies to complete moves together. We are proud to provide a service that no other company offers; Dedicated Trucks. This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. One truck holds the average 1800SqFt.

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"I wanted to take a second and let everyone know about Goyette Mechanical. My furnace went out Tuesday and the furnace was not repairable. I called several company's in the area on Wednesday and Kam from Goyette arrived and gave me a wonderful quote and explained everything about the new system that I would be getting. During the Covid-19 ordeal Goyette came out Thursday morning to install my new system. The technicians arrived at the time I was given, Job and Kyle were the two gentlemen that arrived at my home . The first thing they did was to come in put down tarps to keep my home clean and inspected the area of the furnace and the area outside where the new condenser would be placed. They completed the job in a very timely manner, cleaned up the area where they were working, inspected the system to make sure it was running correctly and then explained the new components to me in detail. They installed and new thermostat programmed it and explained to me how it works and the programming for it. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. However, there are geothermal systems installed that include a backup in case the heat pump fails due to extreme cold. Your HVAC manufacturer will give you instructions on how often you should service your system. Have your unit professionally serviced at least once a year when in doubt.
