Outstanding. Estimate was easy to obtain and very professional. Installation was very easy. The crew of three finished the job of replacing both the Furnace and Air Conditioner in about 5 hours!

The evaluation of our current heating system, and the options for replacement was thorough, the proposal included several options and the price was competitive, the time interval from initial contact to completion was less than a month, the installers were on time and completed their work in a matter of a few hours and thoroughly explained the functioning of the new systems.

The visit went fine. He repaired the flame sensor as it was not working properly. He also cleaned the furnace to ensure proper running. He walked the house making sure the ducts were clean and working as well. He also made suggestions for changes to the cold air returns to help with the house temperature.

The technician arrived right on time and again explained what he was going to do and what access he needed to all the registers. He quickly set up his equipment and looked around at where the registers were. He laughed when he saw the crawl space and we were both happy to find that it was not wet from the rain we had the 2 weeks before he came. The work was noisy and I wished that I had had some ear protection to keep some of the noise down. This noise was probably more since the house is small and the vacuum in the truck in the driveway was right outside the living room window. The work was done quicker than planned since most of the junk in the ducts was light and fluffy and was removed easily. He even did some minor repairs and retaped some duct connections. I was very happy that there was so very little dust in the house as he worked. I had much less cleanup afterwards than I had expected. I was very pleased with the technician and the work performed by Wild's.

A very good experience. Dave was professional, friendly and efficient. Everything was explained in detail and professionally done. Arrival time was as promised and stayed until the process was complete. Dave moved any furniture necessary and cleanup was excellent. Price was fair and as quoted. Office staff who was the original contact did an excellent job and provided a very accurate quote. Overall we were very satisfied and would highly recommend Wilds and Dave to anyone.

We were very pleased with the person from Wild's who did our air duct cleaning. He explained what he was going to do and answered all our questions. He was very careful to not get dust blown back into the house. He even removed his shoes. We had moved all the furniture near the registers but he said he would have moved the furniture for us and move it back. He was very professional.

The furnace went out completely so they came out and looked it over. They said it wasn't repairable and they were willing to get a new one in the next day. So they juggled their schedule around so that we could have a new furnace installed the very next day so we were very pleased that they were so prompt on. That afternoon they came out and gave us the estimate, we waited for a competitive estimate but the guy never showed so we felt confident that it was a pretty good price. They've done a lot of work for us in the past. I've had quite a few things done by them and they have always done a nice job. They are very prompt and professional when they come in. They show up when they should and do the work.

Consistent with all of our previous experiences with Wild's, we are very happy with our new furnace and the quality installation job. Scott did an excellent job of explaining and recommending the right furnace for our home heating needs. The installers were professional and highly competent. If a furnace can be beautiful, ours is most beautiful. And, Scott's office took care of the paper work to register our new furnace and the paper work for a rebate from Consumers' Energy which we received a few weeks after installation.

Service, as always, was outstanding and very prompt. I woke up to no heat in my house. Within 45 minutes of my phone call to Wild's, a service tech was at my door. He quickly identified the problem and got my furnace running. He gave me the option of replacing the parts causing the problem or buying a new furnace. Given the old age of my furnace I decided to purchase a new furnace. The service fee was waived, pending my purchase of a new furnace from Wild's.

I contacted Wilds Plumbing, Heating and A/C for a furnace tune-up in October. Service was then scheduled for November. I have no trouble with the schedule considering I waited until the start of heating season to look for a service company.
The technician, Matt, was on time, actually early. He was very professional, polite, and efficient. He completed the service in less than an hour and answered any questions we had. We asked a few extra questions about a second non-working heating system we have in our home and he was more than happy to offer his advice. The price was very reasonable, and less than I expected.
We are happy to have found a reliable company and will call them again in the spring for A/C service.

This is the first time that I have had a pre-season check of my furnace. The service tech was very professional and thorough. Based on this excellent service, I am going to participate in the Wild's Maintenance Agreement Program for 2015. This will cover the pre-season checks on my furnace and A/C.

They have been very good and they are very reasonable in their price. I've had others come in with different schemes for service and I've gone away from them a little bit to see what the competition would offer but I've been most happy with them. I think the cost is very reasonable to me and they are quick when they come out. Some people will come out, they will do a flat rate for this part of the service and another flat rate for another part of the service and it adds up in a hurry. They are good. They are always here if I need them. I've not had anyone come here that didn't know what they were doing or track dirt through my house or destroyed something. I've always been down there watching them and I've been very happy with them.
