Excellent.  Recommended that I replace the rear tires.  I always ask for Brian.  He has worked on my cars for years.  I followed him to this shop and as long as he is at Grand Pointe I will be a repeat customer.

Very pleased and will defintly use their services if needed again. Appointment easy to arrange, was able to confirm they had knowledge of my car and proper tools. I had the part so was only charged for labor. Work was done thoroughly at the appointed time and car has worked perfectly since. Have recommended Grand Pointe/ Al's to others who have also been fully pleased. Refreshing not to be pressured or encouraged to have work done that was not needed. Very professional and thorough.

Was shopping around for a price to change a regulator for my power window. This place had good reviews on here so I called them and a few others around town. The cost of the repairs were almost half of everyone else around town. Took it in early morning on a Friday, and had it back by 4 pm same day. I was quoted 282 dollars for the repairs to the window. When i took the car in, I asked to have an oil change as well. The total cost was only 10 dollars more than the quote without the oil change, so the cost was less than what was quoted.
Overall, everyone was fast, nice, and professional. I got my repairs without any additional costs (In the past 8 years I've yet to see this when taking a car in).
