Arrived very quickly while being short staffed on the weekend. Tech was very professional and honest as to what we should do with our furnace being broke. The part couldn't be ordered until Monday during normal business hours for the furnace brand and he called me first thing Monday with an answer.

Excellent service. Easy to schedule. They notify you when they are on their way to your home. Very efficient and professional. It's always a relief to know your furnace is functioning properly at it's best efficiency before the cold weather sets in. Pricing is always affordable and they have service plans for continued annual service. My technician, Matt L, represents his company well. I highly recommend this company.

They were pretty prompt. We had a minor leakage issue and I got around to call. They came out the same day that I called and ask if they could take a peek at it. They came and put some more sealer down and made sure I was satisfied before they left the house.

Stay far far away from this company unless you want to spend thousands of dollars for a furnace and central air unit that do no work correctly. Answer was laid over 8k for a Daikin furnace and central air unit installed in February. They NEVER completed the job, and when they were refused payment, they used someone they know at the Saginaw County Sheriff's department to lie, use his badge, acting under the color of law to collect. Sgt. Garabelli FYI a patrol supervisor, who has sued the same Sheriff department he works for. Nevertheless, Answer was paid in full, they never charged our unit, there is a blockage in the line so no readings can be taken. Our house won't cool past 73 and the unit runs and runs and runs. They won't honor their warranty, nor their contract. They didnt even have a licensed tech install the central air unit. And they were the highest bid out of everyone, and have only provided the worst service and now I'm out 8,000 plus money for the three additional companies I've had to come look at the unit, fill it with freon etc. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!

"Answer was paid $7006 approximately 3 months after we completed the job. An inspection by the city was done the day after we installed your equipment (which was in January) proving the job was completed and done correctly. All of the air conditioners that we install come from the factory with refrigerant in them so no charge was needed in order for the unit to run. When we install an air conditioner in winter months, we stop back out to make sure the correct amount of refrigerant is in the unit. We did this on 6/5/17. We have since been to the home in response to complaints about the unit not running correctly. The unit was running correctly upon our arrival. The thermostat was set to 70 and it was 70 in the home. There was no blockage in any lines. We have honored our contract. In the state of Michigan, each installer does not have to be licensed, they operate under our owner's license."

Jim the sales person I dealt with came out on time, and was very professional. He actually did more than the other (3) companies, and walked the whole house, took pictures, made detailed notes and drawing of where each heat register was, each air return was and my concerns etc. After about an hour of going through the house with me, looking outside at where the AC unit was, and where I would like it vented, he worked up an estimate while he was here. Before he worked up the estimate, he was very detailed in his questions on what I wanted out of the new system, and what my goals were with energy consumption, heating and cooling the house and my usage of our fireplace. After getting the other estimates, I sent Jim a very detailed long e-mail with questions and concerns, including that of the price. Answer was the most expensive out of all of my quotes. Jim responded to me e-mails on a Sunday answering all my questions and also giving me the info I needed on the comparable unit to the one I was leaning towards out of the two Answer was offering. Once we decided to go with Answer, Jim set up an install time that would take (2) days. What I was not informed about, was a service tech had to come out and remove the freon (sp) from my current AC unit and disconnect it from the electrical. That happened on the Friday before. But on the day of installation, the crew was here at about 8:30am. The promptly removed the old units, and someone from Answer came and picked them up while the other crew was working. We had an issue with the outdoor gas valve that goes into the meter, and Consumers (after 3 trips) came out and fixed it. That same day we had heat and upon them finishing that day, Matt (who is great FYI), made sure we knew what was going on and took the time out to thank us and let us know what to expect the next day. They came the next day and finished and installed the AC unit, and left by 12:30. I am still waiting on my inspection, and the final walk through with Jim. However, I do not anticipate there to be any problems. I am happy with the process so far, and I am confident we will be happy for years to come with this unit. I will say this though. Answer was by far the most expensive out of all my quotes. Actually, if you include the humidifier, and labor warranty, they were the most expensive from my cheapest quote $1,400.00 to the next right under them by $485.00. But I highly recommend them.

We called them on the Thursday before the hottest weekend of the year.  It figures that's when the air conditioning would go out. They scheduled a technician for Friday (amazing), and he showed up on time. Very professional, including protection of our carpet and everything. He diagnosed the issue quickly, and repaired it with parts that he had on his truck.  We were back to cooling that afternoon.  Price was reasonable, but you pay for quality.

He was very professional compared to the guy I had before who came in reeking of liquor. This guy was better than that.  He even wore covers for his shoes when he came in. He was prompt. Whenever the appointment was, he showed up right away. He was here for half-hour. Everything came out okay. I do not know of anything that was not done right.
