Excellent service, very friendly and professional. Easy to arrange appointment. Cost with required syntheic oil high but they do wash the car at no additional cost.

There is almost always a wait to get an appointment.  I feel like Toyota is considered the second-class citizen at the dealership (they also sell and service two other imported vehicles.
When servicing my 2004 Prius, they gave me estimates for some work in addition to the work they completed.  When I shopped around at other Toyota dealerships, I discovered that every repair was MORE expensive at Grand Blanc Motorcars, LTD.
While shopping for my 2012 Prius, I went by the dealership a couple of times... no one ever offered to help me, even when I wandered around the showroom for quite a bit of time and collected brochures.

The experience was excellent. The people are fine. They are very good and friendly. I would like to see the price lower but we get coupons from them. I would absolutely use them again.

I brought the car in for routine service; oil change etc. When complete and I stopped by to pick up the car they gave me a list of recommended service and repairs totaling to a cost of $1500.00 and noted they could make an appointment for 2 weeks out to do this work. I wish they would have simply called me and discussed these needs. Two weeks later when this work was completed when I went to pick up the car they gave me another list of recommended repairs totaling $1200.00. Why did they not identify these needs the first time? I declined to have this work done and went to a different service shop. One time I requested an estimate on installing a trailer hitch. The Grand Blanc Motor Cars BMW price was $1800.00. I went to another provider and their cost was $450 for the same work.

So far we have only required routine service such as oil changes, filter replacement and tire rotation. On one occasion when it appeared that a headlight was not working I dropped by without an appointment. The service manager personally checked the light, made a minor adjustment and I was on my way in 10 minutes. There was no charge for his assistance.

I bought my last several cars from them and so I get my cars serviced there. I feel like I get really, really good service at a really good price.
