"Gray's was an amazing experience at a reasonable price. Their customer service was responsive and efficient with their communication. They were easy to schedule and cut down the tree, cleaned up the remnants, and made worked with me to schedule a follow-up to remove the stump when the city was scheduled to rip up the sidewalk. "I reached out to him on a Sunday evening for a quote and within 24 hrs he was at my home and we talked about what was priority and what could wait for next spring. We scheduled the tree removal for 2 days later and when he arrived, he got the job done in less than an hour.
