He inspected the attic and used the information we had about the roof, insulation, baffles and ventilation to let us know that our soffits blocked by paint are likely the reason for the problem. He recommended calling a local handyman to take care of the problem. We appreciated his honest assessment and a recommendation for a cost effective way to resolve the problem.
