"We were satisfied with the cleaning of the air ducts.  However, the gentlemen said that we needed a permanent filter for our furnace.  We wrote a check for $194 for this filter, and it was never delivered.  We contacted the company several times, but with no results.  We had hoped either to receive the filter or to get our money back.  This filter was for my mother who is on a fixed budget -- $194 for nothing was quite disappointing.

"Tthe owner Al and his partner are very prompt and respectful. They went out of their way to satisfy..................MMMMMMM the smell. It almost smells like I have leather furniture in the house. Amazing how quick the carpet dried. Al showed me his equipment in the van and being an engineer for G.M. I was really impressed with the machine they use. The water was reaching temperatures over 200 deg. and the vacuum was scary as he almos tsuked me through the hose. He laughed as it freaked me out. Great Job Guys!!!!!"
