"The locksmith, Sam, arrived punctually. He installed a new storm door lock and additionally repaired the face hole of another door lock which had been installed by someone else years ago & needed repair. The price was a bit high, but the professional workmanship was worth it."

"My HOA decided I needed skirting on my condo deck by June 2025. Jeremiah Blankenship came out & gave an estimate on the day that I put my info into Home Advisor. Taking advantage of a few sunny March days, he & his associate finished the job in one day for the given estimate. They put in the skirting complete with access door & replaced rail caps & a board. There aren’t many problems with fire doors except that they slow down or cut off ventilation at the higher rating levels. There are certainly perks to hiring a general contractor, but we recommend a closet professional. The reason is that their pricing may make more sense for your project.
